Evening primrose oil is important for the normal condition of joints, helping to keep them flexible and supple. It supports the cardiovascular system, thus normalizing blood pressure and maintaining proper cholesterol levels in the blood. Evening primrose oil helps alleviate premenstrual tension and provides relief from painful menstruation. Regular use of evening primrose oil helps maintain the normal appearance of the skin, its elasticity, softness, and hydration.

Evening Primrose – commonly known as the night candle, contains essential fatty acids necessary for the body, namely vitamin F, linoleic acid (LA), and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), which the body cannot produce on its own and must therefore be supplied through diet and supplements. It is a precursor to prostaglandins, which are indispensable for the body as regulators of many bodily functions, especially metabolic functions.
